Dear Ronnie! Thanks for the tournament, but I have a question: Why you don’t can to win against John Higgins?

I’m sad, because I believed it that you will be in the final.

GOOD LUCK FOR THE CHINA OPEN AND PLEASE, BEAT JOHN HIGGINS!!!!!!!!!

Go Ronnie I suggest you read a few things I’ve put on the forum. John Higgins is clearly currently the best player on the circuit and that’s why he wins. Just that simple.
I think your last sentence in the previous post is totally uncalled for.

Ronnie, you played very well last night, although you missed a few easy shots, but I the nerves just got the better of you.

I was disappoint that you didn’t win, but there will be other tournaments up and coming in the near future that I am sure will win.

Like you say Ronnie, you can’t win them all, and you done well to get to the Semi-final, although you should have been playing Allister Carter in the final but, you can’t help these things.

Good lick for the World Championships Ronnie.

I am hoping to play in the World Championships one day Ronnie :) .

    I love you Ronnie.

    不好意思,是fans,不是funs,写错了。坏事未必不是好事。太强了压力太大。爱过程胜过爱结果。
    sorry, it’s “fans”, not “funs”.
bad things will turn into good things. too much strength will give you too much pressure. it is more important to enjoy the progress than to pursuit the result.

I will always love you without condition!
Sometimes it’s psychology that results in the results of the game. Just relax, do not put too much pressure on the match against John. We love you but we don’t want to see our enthusiasm turn into pressure for you. I hope you will regain strength from you beloved family and friends. So good luck to you and enjoy your life everyday!

Dearest Ronnie, I’d like to say that I just can’t be any luckier to have access to watch you playing. Heartfelt thanks to you for giving us the most inspiring and unparalleled games.

Yes, ’some people are born to do things. Phil Taylor was born to play darts’, Usain Bolt was born to run. And you, Ronnie, you were born to grace the green baize. Snooker and fun blend perfectly with each other through the dashing swishes of your cue, right-handed, left-handed, unhumanly fascinating. I could barely stop feeling ecstatic knowing that we have you. No matter what happenes, whatever the result is, I’ll be happy as long as you are there and try to excel yourself.

We identify with you. Keep going on, Ronnie, go hail another impeccable 147. And definitely it will turn out to be the most genuine thrilling moment for you.

Love you forever, Ronnie. You are the muse and gift for us. What else can I ask for?

Gr8 game of snooker. First four frames where high quality. The next 2 were shared but after that, Ron’s form dipped & John took his chances. It was hard luck when Ron went in off though.

    Well played both players.

Recently,I’ve read some parts of your autobiography. Even though I realize there are some defects inside your characteristic, I can not help loving you. You are honest and you are always pursuing perfection and stability in your performance. To achieve the objective is hard and sometimes seems impossible but you still persist like crazy. That’s why I have to admire you!
I am a Chinese student and my English is not that well. Hope one day I will finish the original English edition not the translation edition. Wish you good luck in China open at our university gymnasium.

I was very disappointed about your performance against john. Seems u were lacking of confident while play with him even though he is below par. hope u can back to your top game, just like the time in 04 and 08

  33. Starbright Says:
    February 4th, 2010 at 12:32 PM

Well i’m very disappointed with some so called fans. Joel how can you say higgins is below par? He’s clearly playing the best at the moment. I dunno what you people hope to achieve by telling him how disappointed you are and asking him what his problem is. Have you ever played snooker in front of loads of people? Have you ever done that while battling depression? Have you done that as well as look after a young family? Give the guy a break! I’ve got depression and anxiety and i struggle to even do normal day to day things! Ronnie is a true inspiration, provides you with pure entertainment so should be treated with respect.
