Welsh Open 2010 – Semi Final – Ronnie 4 – 6 John Higgins
Ronnie lost in the semi final of the Welsh Open tonight, 4-6 to John Higgins. Higgins goes on to play Ali Carter in tomorrows final. Ronnie put up a good fight but John was the better player on the night, well done John.

Ronnie needed just 55 minutes to book his place in the quater finals of the totesport.com Welsh Open 2010 with a 5-0 victory over Jamie Cope, mainly earned through good matchplay tather than stunning performance. Masters 2010 – Final – Ronnie 9-10 Mark Selby
Mark Selby is the Masters for the second time winning a very hard fought and high quality encounter on the decider. Ronnie will be disapointed as he lead 9-6 at one point, but we can only admire Mark’s fighting spirit and nerves. Well done Mark.

Ronnie started very strongly in the match building a 4-0 lead. But after the MSI, Peter Ebdon came back determined as ever. Ronnie won a thrilling high-quality match against Neil Robertson 6-4 from 0-3 down to reach the last eight of the Masters. Both players treated the Wembley audience to some superb snooker, making 9 breaks over 50 between them, including 4 centuries. Neil currently holds the highest break of the tournament with 140.
